Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend DALLAS, May 1, 2002 - The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2002, to stockholders of record on June 7, 2002.
