Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend DALLAS, August 1, 2002 – The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2002, to stockholders of record on September 6, 2002.
