Kimberly-Clark Announces Schedule For News Release and Related Conference Call DALLAS, December 4, 2002—Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) announced today that it will issue a news release before the market opens on December 11, 2002, to review its business outlook for 2002 and 2003. A conference call to discuss the outlook will be held at 9 a.m. CT on Wednesday, December 11.

The conference call and presentation slides will be simultaneously broadcast over the World Wide Web. Stockholders and others are invited to listen to the broadcast of the conference call.
