Thomas J. Falk Elected Chairman of Kimberly-Clark DALLAS, February 18, 2003 -- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) today announced that Chief Executive Officer Thomas J. Falk has been elected to the additional post of chairman of the company's board of directors. Falk, 44, succeeds Wayne R. Sanders, who announced his plans last September to retire as chairman in February 2003. 

Sanders has been with Kimberly-Clark for nearly 30 years, serving as chairman for the past 11 years. He will retire from the company and the board at the end of the month.
